Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to report to our President and oversee the business financials. The ideal candidate will have five or more years experience in a related industry as the primary point of contact in their organization for finance.

Responsibilities

- Bank Reconciliations

- Record vendor invoices

- Prepare Payable Reports

- Prepare vendor checks

- Supervise and Monitor AP Clerk

- Weekly report for expenses and income depending on oil collections

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

- 5 years of related experience

- Fluency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Honest, responsible, and accountable for tasks

- CPA license preferred but not required

Pay: $80,000

Hours:

- M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

- Saturday 10:00 am - 2:30 pm
