Sales & Customer Service Representative (HVAC & Fuel Delivery)
Pay: $20/hour + Monthly Performance Bonus ($300–$1,000 when targets are met)
Location: [City/Region – On-site] • Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), day/evening/weekend shifts as needed
Join a fast-moving HVAC & fuel delivery team. You’ll handle inbound customer requests, quote and close add-on sales, coordinate service and deliveries, and keep accurate CRM records. You will respond to customer inquiries that come in via phone, email, chat, and social media messaging (e.g., Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok—no content creation or posting required.
Answer inbound calls/chats/emails and social media messages; resolve issues and provide ETAs
Enroll customers in budget plans, autopay, price-cap plans; renew annual service plans
Send review requests and post-service follow-ups (templates provided)
Quote & close add-ons: oil deliveries, tune-ups, HVAC Equipment, service plans, tank protection, filters/additives
Maintain a callback list for promos (early-buy/off-peak); execute simple scripts
Verify tank location/access (gates, codes, pets), update driver/tech notes in the CRM
Triage emergencies (no-heat, leaks), reschedule routes, and confirm appointments/ETAs
Take payments, set up e-billing, and perform friendly past-due follow-ups
Keep CRM hygiene (dispositions/tags/notes) and produce a short daily summary
Track basic KPIs (calls answered, sales, CSAT, first-contact resolution)
1+ year customer service or inside sales (call center/retail/service)
Clear phone etiquette, strong typing/data entry, solid email writing
Comfortable with Office/Google Workspace and a CRM (QuickBooks a plus)
Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure—especially during winter peaks
HVAC/fuel familiarity a plus • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Monthly performance bonus $300–$1,000 tied to goals such as attendance & adherence, CSAT/QA, first-contact resolution, order accuracy, and add-on sales (paid monthly after verification; not guaranteed)
