About the Role

We’re hiring a Project & Program Controls Analyst to track project performance, monitor budgets, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making. You’ll help ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance.

- Prepare reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.

- Identify risks, delays, or overspending and recommend solutions.

- Support governance processes and portfolio planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in project/financial analysis.

- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Preferred: SAP or MS Access, PMO experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
