The focus on our company’s culture has awarded us strong growth, and we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to further assist in our continuous growth.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
- Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
- Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.
- Highly desired experience with robot programming for automation systems.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
- Knowledge of tooling design and assembly techniques.
- Proficiency in interpreting GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) drawings and schematics.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of production issues.
