We are looking for an experienced HVAC installer to join our team. You should be capable of leading an installation job of various residential heating and cooling systems. An EPA 608 is required. We install a variety of manufacture brands because one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to HVAC. That being said the ability to adapt, learn and grow with the ever-changing field is a must. The schedule is Monday through Friday with options for weekends during busy season if you would like the extra hours. In this day and age there is a lot of work out there and seemingly not enough people to do it. Technicians are a huge value and we need the best working for us. -We provide service vehicles stocked with every tool you could possibly need to perform your job. If the truck doesn't have what you need just ask and we will supply it.

Experience/ Knowledge:

-Oil fired systems

-Propane gas systems

-Natural gas systems

-Central air conditioning units

-Heat pump systems

-Low voltage wiring

-Duct work fabrication

-Plumbing

-Common sense

-Problem solving skills

-Somewhat clean driving record (no ones perfect)

-Pride in your work and in yourself. What does that mean? Leave a customers home as neat and clean as you found it. Keep your tools accounted for and your truck clean. Look professional and wear your uniform. Don't leave a service call knowing someone will have to go back and fix your mistake. We expect you to do the right thing, and work to the best of your abilities.

-Be polite and courteous to our customers (We have worked 90 years to grow our customer base to what it is today).

-Be confident in yourself and your abilities. If you say you can do something, We expect you to follow through.

-Show up and get the work done. Do not be unreliable.
