Position: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Buffalo and surrounding areas

Schedule: Days, weekend availability, on call Compensation: Based on interview/experience ($30.00-$40.00)

What We Are Looking For

NOCO is looking to hire experienced, detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. Technicians will be skilled in performing installations, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment. Strong customer service skills are required. Year-round, full-time work available.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers, boilers, and ductwork.

- Manage electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

- Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services.

- Identify necessary repairs and provide clear recommendations to customers and internal teams.

- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

- High school education or equivalent - 3+ years of HVAC experience

- EPA/NATE Certifications are a plus

- Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds at a time.

- Standing, reaching with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
