Performs and directs daily activities for the assigned ARS Warehouse section.
· Keeps an updated daily spreadsheet of incoming and outgoing inventory.
· Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification freight flow, handling and disposition of materials, and current inventory management.
· Research missing PO’s to corresponding packing slips.
· Attach all packing slips to purchase orders (PO’s) in filing cabinet daily.
· Assign account numbers to invoices and audit corresponding PO’s for complete orders.
· Directly reports to the Purchasing Manager for inventory reporting.
· Keeps precise and detailed records of the shipments received.
· Checks in of all shipments of items received in warehouse on delivery.
· Maintains regular spot-checks on items in the warehouse inventory.
· Forecasts and fulfills orders to replenish inventory stock.
· Responsible for stock-transfers to other departments and areas.
· Qualities: Team minded; Helpful and cooperative when working with co-workers.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma and/or two years of experience in Warehousing.

This position is required to work in an area that is dusty and may be exposed to occasional diesel fumes.
· Position Hourly Pay Range: $22.50/HR - $26.50/HR
· Full-Time, 2nd Shift Position (2pm – 10pm).
