Responsibilities
- Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products and services.
- Generate leads through door knocking
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory sales plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a D2D or retail environment.
- Familiarity with software tools that assist in lead generation and sales management.
- Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and inside sales techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
