An Office Operations Manager's job is to ensure the smooth and efficient daily functioning of an office by overseeing administrative staff, managing office resources, coordinating with other departments, and implementing efficient processes to support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, supervising staff, handling budgeting and vendor relationships, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Manage the administrative team, schedule, and daily workflows to ensure efficiency.
Procure office supplies, manage equipment, oversee facility maintenance, and plan office space.
Coordinate with vendors, manage office budgets, and track expenses effectively.
Develop and enforce office policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise and mentor support staff, including reception and administrative teams.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and support for various departments.
- High school diploma required - 2+ years prior job experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
