Metal Technician – New Metals Division

Reno Salvage Company – Reno, NV Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM

Reno Salvage Company’s New Metals Division is looking for a full-time shop employee. This is a hands-on, physical job in a fast-moving steel yard. No experience is required — we will train the right person.

Requirements

- Able to lift 50+ lbs throughout the day

- Basic math and measuring skills

- Reliable transportation

- Able to pass a drug test (THC not tested)

- Must be 18 years or older

- Metal or fabrication experience is a plus

- Good attitude and willingness to learn

What You’ll Be Doing

- Moving and loading steel

- Cutting material on bandsaws and shears

- Brake press & plasma table operation

- Operating forklifts (training provided)

- Helping customers with orders

- General shop and yard duties
