Installation Manager - Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Nevada) – RME Position

LumaGlow Lighting is a fast-growing leader in permanent LED lighting for homes and businesses. We install high-end permanent lighting systems that provide year-round beauty, customization, energy efficiency, and smart-home integration. We are expanding into Nevada and are seeking a licensed, experienced, and dependable Nevada Journeyman Electrician to serve as our Responsible Managing Employee (RME).

Position Overview

We are looking for a licensed Nevada electrician who can serve as our RME for the state, oversee electrical compliance and safety, manage installation crews, and help establish and maintain our warehouse and operations.

This is a hands-on role involving installation and service of permanent LED lighting systems, as well as leadership responsibilities to ensure our Nevada division operates safely, efficiently, and up to code.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as RME for LumaGlow Lighting’s Nevada operations

- Install, service, and troubleshoot permanent LED lighting systems (eaves, roofs, patios, accents, etc.)

- Lead, supervise, and train installation crews

- Ensure all electrical work follows Nevada electrical code and safety regulations

- Support permitting, inspections, and job documentation

- Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and materials

- Help develop and refine installation processes and training

- Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members

- Conduct job-site safety checks and ensure proper equipment use

Requirements

- Valid Nevada Journeyman Electrician License (must be active and in good standing)

- Must be eligible and willing to serve as RME in Nevada

- 3–5+ years of electrical experience preferred

- Experience with low-voltage or LED lighting systems is a plus

- Strong leadership and communication abilities

- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and elevated areas

- Clean driving record

- Reliability, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
