Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power or Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems. This role requires a strong foundation in power or controls engineering principles, as well as proficiency in various software tools and programming. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet project specifications and client requirements.

Duties

- Design and develop electrical, power and control systems and components for various projects.

- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD for creating detailed engineering drawings.

- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Document design processes, test results, and project updates for internal records and client communication.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD is essential.

- Experience with PLC programming languages and HMI Design is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internships will be considered an advantage.
