This executive will be responsible for growing the business, driving operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company for long-term success in the industrial valve manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities
•Provide strategic leadership and direction across all business functions, including sales, engineering, procurement, operations, and finance
•Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
•Lead the design and implementation of forward-looking growth strategies, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate organizational performance and profitability.
•Strengthen customer engagement and market presence
•Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
•Collaborate with Armstrong International leadership to align corporate objectives and leverage shared resources and identify synergies

•15+ years leadership experience in industrial manufacturing. Valve industry experience is a plus.
•Demonstrated success in leading business units or cross-functional teams, with a strong track record in achieving performance goals and driving execution across complex initiatives.
