The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service to all current and potential customers from the point of initial contact through delivery of the product. The Inside Sales Representative must also achieve sales and profit goals established by the management team at ECS, Inc.

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients through outbound and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships.

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance business development efforts.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
