We’re entering a pivotal phase of growth and transformation, and we’re looking for a Buyer/Planner Specialist who’s ready to support the purchasing strategy and manage it efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Manage purchasing activities across our manufacturing and distribution operations for the assigned customer segment.

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate contracts and build strong supplier relationships, both domestically and internationally.

- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.

- Implement purchasing best practices and systems to support scalability and efficiency.

What would you bring?

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics or a related field

- 5+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft office

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, teamwork, results oriented, leadership skills

- Experienced in ERP systems and procurement analytics.

- Leadership roles considered a strong asset

- Availability to work on-site and reside within commuting distance of our facility.
