Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring Forklift Operators for our facility in Fremont, NE. Openings are available second shift.
Pay: Starting at $17/hr with a $1 shift differential for second shift. Guaranteed raises at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment.
•Second Shift Hours: 4P-2:30A Monday-Thursday
What you’ll be doing:
•Pulling, staging, and loading customer orders.
•Insuring integrity of outbound loads to minimize shifting and damage.
•Insuring accuracy of product picked for customer orders.
•Maintaining a clean organized warehouse.
•Perform daily forklift safety checklist.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping / Warehouse Manager.
What we need:
•Proven experience as a forklift operator.
•Attention to detail and familiarity with an industrial warehouse.
•Excellent physical condition and coordination.
•Ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and manage time effectively.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to understand and adhere to safety protocols throughout the entire shift.
