Cass County Electric Cooperative is looking for an experienced and motivated
**Manager of Engineering**
to join our team! This opportunity has opened due to an internal promotion, and we're excited to welcome a new leader to help drive innovation, reliability, and efficiency in our electric infrastructure.
  
  
As Manager of Engineering, you'll oversee field measurements, staking, and easement activities while supporting the design, construction, and maintenance of our electric systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely-all while leading a skilled team and contributing to a strong and resilient energy future for our members.
  
  
**What You'll Bring**

* A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, plus four years of related experience (Progressive, relevant experience may substitute for part of the education requirement.)
* Professional Engineer (PE) registration in North Dakota
* Experience in electric utility system operations (preferred)
* Proven leadership in team or project settings (preferred)
* Strong communication skills-both verbal and written
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective professional relationships
* Solid technical knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
