Campbell Oil is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Safety & Brands Standards Specialist to oversee and ensure that all Little Caesars, Arby’s, and Biggby Coffee restaurant locations comply with brand standards and franchise requirements. - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure all restaurant locations adhere to brand standards and franchise requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Serve as the point of contact for brand and franchise representatives, ensuring alignment with their standards and requirements.
- Establish and manage safety protocols to create a safe environment for employees and customers at all locations.
- Partner with restaurant management teams to conduct safety assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead investigations and resolutions for safety incidents, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Develop and deliver training programs on brand standards, safety, compliance, and cleanliness for restaurant teams.
- Mentor and coach managers and team members to foster a culture of excellence in compliance and safety.
- Create and distribute educational materials, checklists, and training guides to reinforce best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of cleanliness standards, ensuring restaurants maintain top-tier sanitation practices.
- Regularly inspect locations for adherence to cleanliness protocols, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide guidance on handling cleanliness issues, including equipment maintenance and food safety practices.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to track compliance, safety, and cleanliness metrics across locations.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting compliance levels, safety concerns, and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with district leaders and general managers to address and resolve compliance issues promptly.
- Familiarity with Little Caesars, Arby’s, or Biggby Coffee.
- Experience working within a franchise framework, with an understanding of franchise compliance requirements.
- Certification in food safety management (e.g., SERV Safe) or similar.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Occupational Health, or related field; advanced certifications in safety, compliance, or food safety a plus.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a compliance, safety, or operational role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and mentoring teams to achieve compliance and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations as they apply to the restaurant industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Willingness to travel to various restaurant locations as required.
