Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our shipping department. This role is focused on operating our box-making machine to produce custom packaging for outgoing orders. No prior experience with this equipment is required—we will provide full training.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain a box-making machine (training provided)

- Measure and produce custom boxes to match order requirements

- Read and interpret basic work orders and dimensions

- Perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and accuracy

- Assist with packaging and preparing shipments as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Support general shipping and production tasks when required

Qualifications

- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipment

- Comfortable working with measurements and basic math

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Dependable with a solid work ethic

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment is a plus, but not required

- Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
