About This Job
ob Summary:
We are seeking a Chemist to perform chemical analyses and quality testing on drug products in a cGMP-compliant laboratory. Responsibilities include routine testing (dissolution, assay, ID, content uniformity), documenting results per cGMP/GLP/DEA standards, and maintaining analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and UV/Vis.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lab testing of pharmaceutical products
•
Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment
•
Accurately enter data and documentation in lab systems
•
Follow safety, housekeeping, and compliance protocols
•
Collaborate with team members to support lab operations
Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field
•
Minimum 1 year of relevant academic or industry lab experience
•
Experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV/Vis, etc.)
•
Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and related compliance practices
Physical Requirements:
•
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, bend, twist, or kneel as needed
•
Comfortable working a 10-hour day, 4-day week
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
