**Your responsibilities as manager:**

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business;
* Ensure that your team delivers an outstanding customer experience;
* Ensure administrative and human resources management;
* Control inventories and marketing;
* Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed;
* Keep your site ready for business to maximize sales;
* Above all, have fun with your co-workers.

  

**To be a manager, you need :**

* Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) an asset;
* Two years' experience as a retail manager or equivalent experience.
