As a Costing Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and maintaining cost data for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in the SAGE X3 system to support pricing, profitability, and strategic decisions at Irving Blending & Packaging. Your goal will be to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable costing information that strengthens operational and financial decision‑making. Your success will depend on your ability to analyze cost drivers, improve data integrity, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Kindly note this is a 20 month fixed term position.

- Act as resource person for product costing, set up and BOM (bill of material) in SAGE
- Product costing analytics
- Maintain Sales cost sheets
- Transfer pricing for external Warehouses
- Standard Cost Maintenance and maintain routing set up
- Preform various checks to ensure the accuracy of information in SAGE
- Investigate and help resolve costing errors
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with various internal departments to contribute to new product development, formulation changes and product change requests
- Prepare and communicate regular reports to internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of Sage X3 and advanced Excel skills considered is desired
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Works independently without supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Post secondary education in business required
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
