Overview
Carbon Recall is expanding in Helena and hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Canvassers / Appointment Setters.
In this role, you will walk local neighborhoods, speak with homeowners about solar energy, and schedule consultation appointments with our Solar Consultants.
You are not responsible for closing the sale — your role is to generate interest and set appointments.
This opportunity is perfect for college students, athletes, bartenders, or anyone who enjoys working outdoors and talking with people.
Training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Walk residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Introduce solar energy and how it can reduce electricity costs
- Schedule homeowners for a solar consultation
- Collect basic contact information and a copy of the electric bill
- Track appointments using company tools
- Represent Carbon Recall professionally in the community

Experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, or marketing is helpful but not required.
Training is provided.
