In this role, you’ll drive strategic capital investment projects, collaborate across departments, and help optimize operations through innovation and smart planning.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and support SCM CAPEX processes across North America.
- Ensure capital investments align with budget and strategic goals.
- Manage investment approvals and business case development.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal experts to ensure quality and safety.
- Drive regional and factory-level CAPEX projects to completion.
- Develop and maintain tools for spend tracking and forecasting.
- Promote standardization across factories and teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and foster innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process engineering or CAPEX in manufacturing.- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
