Key Responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring compliance with RUS, NEC, NESC, and internal standards.

- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives, policy development, and corporate planning.

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range engineering plans.

- Coordinate with other departments for outage restoration and technical support.

- Guide engineering planning studies and ensure quality control of completed projects.

- Supervise NERC/SERC compliance efforts and promote a strong safety culture.

- Foster team development through coaching, training, and recognition.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electric facility design, operation, and maintenance.

- Professional Engineering license in Missouri preferred (or ability to obtain within a reasonable time).

- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
