Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of color theory, construction techniques, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Apply paint and/or other finishes using spray equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various construction environments.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial painting.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and construction estimating techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. .
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying systems.
- Previous experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles is a plus.
