Salary

$39,500 – $43,680 per hour (plus bonus opportunities)

Job Description

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will:

- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pond and water feature products.

- Process orders accurately and efficiently.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.

- Maintain accurate records in company systems.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist customers with product selection and upselling when appropriate.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).

- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industry.

- Knowledge of ponds, water features, or landscaping products (helpful but not required).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
