We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and grow a door-to-door solar sales team. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, building sales culture, driving performance, and managing a team of 2–4 closers and 6–12 appointment setters. The right candidate is a passionate sales leader with a proven track record of success in face-to-face sales and team development.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales reps (setters and closers)
• Own scheduling and territory planning to optimize daily door-to-door execution
• Lead by example in the field, participating in ride-alongs, pitch training, and live coaching
• Drive weekly and monthly sales targets for personal region and team
• Conduct ongoing training sessions and role-playing exercises
• Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and performance
• Monitor KPIs including appointments set, close rates, and deal quality
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with ethical sales standards
• Collaborate with leadership to report sales metrics and improve conversion strategies
• Follow up and help support your teams engagment managing their pipeline.
• 2–5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in solar or home services
• 1–3 years of team leadership or sales management experience
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and drive results from a door-to-door sales team
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Willingness to be in the field daily with your team
