Hitachi Energy is looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to support our Jefferson City location. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering robust, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure that powers our operations and supports our global mission of advancing a sustainable energy future.
You’ll work at the intersection of technology and operations, leading infrastructure projects, managing cybersecurity responses, and ensuring compliance with global standards. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in infrastructure or project leadership
- Proven experience in Shared Services IT and Factory IT environments
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and control systems
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, project execution, and compliance
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Azure, and ITIL 4 preferred
- IT/OT DMZ Demilitarized
- Lead and manage networks infrastructure delivery projects on-site
- Provide technical support for business-critical infrastructure systems
- Coordinate cybersecurity responses and ensure rapid recovery
- Resolve and escalate infrastructure-related issues
- Conduct internal audits and remediate compliance gaps
- Optimize infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with global IT teams and local stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with ITIL and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
