Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in St. Louis, MO. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, assisting with sales inquiries, handling purchase orders, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs. The role will focus on maintaining and growing the company’s customer base while delivering a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

- Experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation

- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction

- Proficiency in Account Management practices and relationship building

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Sales, Business, or a related field

- Experience in the steel or industrial distribution sectors is an advantage
