Edko, LLC is seeking candidates with leadership qualities who are eager to work outside and learn new skills. You will receive on the job training. You are expected to perform herbicide applications along utility right-of-ways and road sides. Multiple positions are available. Operators who plan, direct, and coordinate application efforts, and interface with other personnel and customers. Spray Hands will assist the Operators in their spray work. There are many opportunities for advancement at Edko including flying spray drones, running a roadside spray truck crew or becoming an in the field Lead. All work is out of town so you will have to be able to travel M-F every week as well as 2 week stints throughout the summer months.

Requirements:

- Pre-employment observed drug screen and background check required

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work outside and in inclement weather

- Ability to interpret and follow maps

- Ability to use a laptop and handheld computers when needed.

- Valid Driver License with a clean driving record is required

- The ability to work independently for long hours and out of town with extended overnight travel

- Vegetation management experience, tree knowledge and ID skills a Plus but not required
