- Maintain and update accurate financial records using SAGE accounting software
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing
- Manage project numbers from start to finish
- Invoice and cost analysis of finished jobs
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Handle general office administration duties such as answering phones, filing and ordering supplies
- First point of contact for customers/vendors/drivers and direct them to correct member
- Assist with scheduling and customer communication as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software highly desired
- Experience with bookkeeping and office administration
- Must have a strong background in accounts payable and receivables
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional phone etiquette a must
- Strong communicator
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in a manufacturing and metal fabrication environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Metal (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) preferred
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Good Work Ethic a Must!!
- Office Administrator - 2-3 years' experience
- Bookkeeper with strong background in accounts payable and receivable - 3-5 years' experience a must
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistently
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or training materials up to 25 lbs.
- Potential exposure to noise and other industrial hazards
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- On-site at our Troy, MO facility
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
