· • Perform saw-cutting operations, accurately measuring and verifying materials using tape measures and prints.
· • Organize and maintain material racks; properly store new material deliveries.
· • Deburr parts with hand and power tools, ensuring quality finishes.
· • Assist operators during rolling/bending processes as needed.
· • Support general mechanical assembly using hand tools.
· • Receive deliveries and place them in designated locations.
· • Learn to operate a forklift (training/certification provided) to support semi truck loading/unloading.
· • Assist in palletizing, boxing, and prepping customer parts for shipment.
· • Perform basic machining operations, including countersinking and tapping.
· • Keep equipment and workstations clean and organized.
· • Empty scrap bins and garbage cans throughout the shift.
· • Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, observe signage, and report hazards immediately.
· • Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks.
· • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
· • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and spend the majority of the shift standing, bending, and lifting.
· • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
· • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
· • Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or labor-intensive environments.
· • Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
· • Experience in basic machining or assembly tasks.
