Safe Haven operates within structured utility energy efficiency programs to help homeowners resolve health, safety, comfort, and energy cost issues in their homes.

This is not a volume-driven organization. It is a principled one.
This is a full-cycle client engagement role. You will manage inbound homeowner inquiries, enroll qualified clients into structured utility programs, and conduct virtual consultations that help homeowners understand and act on energy efficiency opportunities in their homes.
The work is phone and video based. It is conversational, structured, and consequential.
You will not be reading from a script. Every conversation is someone’s first impression of Safe Haven. We take that seriously and so should you.
This role requires someone who can shift in the same day between responsive service and consultative engagement — and do both with steadiness and professionalism.
- Manage inbound homeowner calls and route or resolve them according to defined standards
- Enroll qualified homeowners into utility-partnered energy efficiency programs
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to help homeowners move forward with energy improvement projects
- Track activity and outcomes with accuracy and consistency
- Operate within established systems without requiring constant oversight
- Represent the organization’s standards in every homeowner interaction
Base salary: $42,000 – $45,000 depending on experience.
Performance bonuses are tiered and grow with role development.
Entry-level bonus activity centers on program enrollment outcomes. At standard enrollment performance, weekly bonuses typically range $200 – $250.
As consultative responsibilities expand, bonus potential increases substantially. Full-scope performance generates $300 – $600 per week in additional compensation.
Total compensation for a fully developed role typically ranges $57,000 – $75,000 annually.
Bonuses are structured around verified enrollment and consultation outcomes — not percentage-based commissions. They are earned through disciplined execution of defined responsibilities, not through pressure-based selling.
