Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of Robot/CNC machine operation experience.

- Experience in laser systems, laser welding, laser metal deposition is desirable.

- Knowledge of CAM software desireable.

- Programming experience a definite advantage.

- Basic skills in computer, such as using MS word, Excel etc.

- High school graduation is a must, an Associates degree is a definite advantage.

- Experience in any other machining such as grinding, milling etc is an advantage.

Job responsibility:

- Operation of proprietary Direct Metal Deposition (DMD®) Machines.

- Tool path editing using CAM software as needed.

- Metallographic preparation of samples.

- Assisting in other machining operations, such as surface grinding, drilling, welding, if required.

- Problem solving unique solutions for the advancement of a cutting-edge technology.

Job Type: Full-time, Hiring for 1st & 2nd Shift Position

Salary: $24.00 and up per hour depending upon experience.
