Pioneer Machine and Technologies is seeking an experienced CNC lathe machinist. We are a small job shop specializing in precision machining, that is growing and looking to add to our team.

As a CNC lathe machinist, you will set up, program and operate CNC lathes from beginning to end (Prototrak and/or Fanuc Series OI-TD controls).

Job Requirements:

- Read and comprehend blueprints and part drawings.

- Set up CNC lathes (bore jaws, touch off tools, program machine, etc.)

- Must be able to program at least one of the following ways: At the machine with G&M codes, using CAD/CAM software and/or using conversational ProtoTrak control.

- Ability to hold tight tolerances on a variety of materials.

- Use micrometers, calipers, height gages and all other standard inspection equipment, to ensure parts are within quality standards.

- Operate machines in a safe and efficient manner.

- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of running manual mills and/or lathes is a plus.

- Having your own tools is a plus.

Job Compensation & Benefits:

- Healthcare offered after 30 days of employment (company pays 100% of employee's healthcare).

- Paid vacation/PTO.

- Dayshift Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:30PM with some optional Saturdays for overtime.

Pay: $20-$28
