The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from
$94,490 to $118,113. Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst - Continuous Improvement will play a critical role focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs within Electric Operations (NYSEG, RG&E, CMP, and UI) by leveraging data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies. The Senior Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, develop actionable insights, and drive compliance and training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (Workday).
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across training records and systems.
- Develop and maintain supplemental analytics to enhance training insights.
- Design and implement real-time dashboards to provide actionable insights for Electric Operations leadership.
- Generate and distribute compliance reports to support Electric Operations training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve training programs and compliance outcomes.
- Monitor training completion rates and certifications to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Work closely with technical trainers, instructional designers, and Electric Operations leadership.
- Serve as a liaison between technical training and operations to align analytics with business goals.
- Support audits and internal reviews with accurate and timely reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, continuous improvement, or a related role. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in LMS administration, preferably Workday.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the electric utility industry is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
