**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is critical to ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and timely support for our crews and job sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining an organized workspace, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Equipment Handling**
* Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) equipment, including receiving and returning defective items.
* Operate a forklift to move and organize materials as needed.
* **Warehouse Maintenance**
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
* Arrange delivery of panels from other warehouses when required.
* **Support Operations**
* Deliver Materials to job sites as needed.
* Perform other task as assigned to support the team.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
* Proficiency with inventory management software.
* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to lift and move materials safely and efficiently.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* **Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement.**
