Expected hourly range of $29.49 to $36.05, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business need.

Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose of Position

Performs a wide range of Appliance services for residential customers and promotes the sale of all other services.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

- Serves as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service.

- Promote the sale of other services offered by Constellation Home to customers.

- Identifies and corrects complex problems in specified appliances and gas/electric water heaters.

- Maintains company stock and equipment, and makes recommendations for additions or deletions as needed.

- Attends appliance manufacturer training and presents to team.

- Serves as a trainer and mentor for other service technicians in the field.

Minimum Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

- Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license

- Average physical ability (bending, stopping, and climbing ladders)

- Ability to lift and carry objects of various weights

- Advanced knowledge and skills in at least two of the following areas refrigeration, laundry, and kitchen systems

- Advanced skills in servicing gas and electric water heaters

- Advanced skills in customer relations

- Advanced skills in sales with the ability to recommend and promote all services offered by the company
