The Field Manager is responsible for managing 2-4 Field Supervisors and the day-to-day operations in the field ensuring adherence to safety protocols and a great customer experience.

a. Manage Mass Save work and ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of projects.
b. Supervise the activities of 2-4 Field Supervisors, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to Mass Save and company best practice for safety and quality.
c. Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback to management, and ensure crews receive proper training.
d. Assist field management team with problem solving methods.
e. Provide hands-on training and mentorship to upcoming field supervisors, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
a. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
b. Conduct site inspections to assess workmanship, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
c. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among field crew.
a. Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software reports, cases, inputs, and truck inspections.
b. Achieve weekly revenue, NPS, documentation, and quality targets.
d. Work with Branch Manager on daily operations.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in Field Supervisor role.
- 2+ years of Mass Save install experience or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

- Office Environment: This position is primarily based in an open office environment with typical office conditions; however, may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
- Warehouse Environment: This position is based in a warehouse, which serves as a base for many of our operations and includes equipment and material storage areas.
- Customer settings: This position is based in customer settings and will require work in and out of doors, including in attics, basements, small-confined spaces, and rooftops.
- Requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, performing tasks on a computer, the ability to move within the office to attend meetings, access equipment, or interact with colleagues.
- This job may require travel in a personal or company-provided vehicle.
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, crawl, or kneel in confined spaces. The employee may be required to lift up to 60 pounds, and must be able to climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and move up and down stairs safely.
