Aspen USA is looking for a sales representative to join our growing team in the New England market. Aspen USA is growing the customer base and supporting our North American distributor network with the sales and marketing of our rapidly growing brand of specialty fuels for OPE/small engine applications and Motorsports.
With its local HQ in Chicago, Aspen is a world-leading producer of specialty fuels and lubricants. The brand Aspen offers fuels for small engines which are used in forestry, gardening, boating and motorsports. The company’s products provide superior performance and benefits to users, their machines and the environment. Employing over 200 professionals, the Aspen Group is Headquarted in Sweden, and the brand is active in over 25 countries globally.

As this is a remote position, we are open to considering individuals from different states within New England.
Overall Objective:
Responsible for developing sales of Aspen products through our New England dealer network.
- Prospecting dealers and prioritized end-users to promote the Aspen brand
- Supporting our growing dealer network
- Developing in-depth product knowledge to support customers
- Promoting Aspen to key end-users to funnel sales opportunities
- Participating in relevant local events to support business development, sales and increase brand awareness
- Actively supporting the development of the racing and performance fuels segment
- Gathering dealer and end-user feedback to support marketing and operations
- Helping implement the Aspen Dealer program and advise selected dealers in how to establish their Aspen business and grow their profitability through Aspen
The selected candidate will possess relevant sales experience, preferably from the OPE Industry. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to related products including small engines, outdoor equipment, parts, automotive, power tools, etc
- Proven sales record
- Hunter mentality and strong drive to succeed
- Strong collaborator and ability to support our dealers
- Experience of interacting with OPE dealers and service departments
- Experience and exposure to the engineered fuels category is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Strong business mindset and ability to identify new opportunities
- Extensive travel within New England is expected; Limited international travel may be required
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required
Aspen offers a highly competitive compensation package including a comprehensive benefits program including eligibility for a performance-based bonus, 401K plan, and employer-sponsored health care. A corporate vehicle would be provided for work duties.
