Description

Manage multiple calendars, coordinate travel itineraries, and handle expense reports.

Provide comprehensive administrative and office management support.

Organize meetings, trainings, and department events, including logistics and catering.

Maintain files, records, and office systems with attention to detail.

Support ongoing HR and Talent program processes.

Must be proactive, flexible, and strong in problem-solving.

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong communication skills required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
