Brideau Energy is looking to add an experienced Senior HVAC Installer to our growing installation department. This is a full-time, permanent position working daytime hours, with overtime opportunities available. We are a local, family-owned company proudly serving Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for over 30 years (est. 1987). Responsibilities

- Leading an install crew and maintaining Brideau's standards of excellence and promote a efficient friendly work environment.

- Working in tandem with other Senior installers for complex jobs.

- Removal, replacement, or new installation of oil tanks, burners, boilers, furnaces, water heater, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps in residential properties

- Performing start-ups and system testing to ensure safe and efficient operation

- Working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth installation process

- Documenting work completed and materials used through company-provided iPad and software

- Maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle, tools, and job site

- Providing professional, courteous, and informative customer service

- Adhering to all company and safety procedures

Qualifications

- Mastery knowledge of installing HVAC systems (oil, propane, and AC). Pay will be commensurate with experience.

- Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician License

- Candidates without an Oil Burner Technician License must be willing and able to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe (company support available).

- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
