We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and develop their skills in customer service, retention and team management. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads through code calling, networking and various lead generation activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Stay informed about the company’s products or services, competitors, and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to persuade potential clients, overcome objections, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with other sales reps, managers, and departments to meet customer needs and sales goals.
- Weekly uncapped commissions, average ~$1500
- Minimum $500 weekly draw while starting, plus bonuses for top performers
