G&G Services Unlimited is a local oil and gas services company established in 2012 in the Haynesville Shale specializing in vacuum transport, water sales, equipment rental, and much more. We operate a large fleet of tractors, trailers, and other heavy machinery that is maintained by our onsite shop and mechanics. At G&G, we strive for continuous success and are looking to add to our ever-growing team to help us continue to deliver the trademark level of service our customers have become accustomed to.

Position Overview:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal components on company equipment, trailers, and machinery. Your skills will play a critical role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and operational.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform MIG, Stick, and/or TIG welding on company tractors, trailers, and equipment

- Fabricate and repair metal components, frames, and structural parts

- Inspect welds and completed work to ensure quality, durability, and safety standards

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

- Collaborate with shop management and other shop personnel to complete repairs efficiently

- Document work performed and materials used

- Follow all company safety standards and procedures

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Position Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical welding training preferred

- Proven experience as a welder (MIG & Stick or TIG)

- Ability to pass a weld test

- Experience with heavy equipment, trailers, or oil and gas industry equipment is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver’s license
