We’re looking for a Salesforce Field Service Support Analyst, located anywhere in North America, to support our Salesforce Field Service by managing system configurations, data, and providing internal customer support to ensure the platform meets our organization’s needs.

What you’ll do:
•Configure, customize, and administer the Salesforce Field Service platform
•Manage data imports/exports, troubleshooting issues, and utilize Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Reports/Dashboards
•Analyze and resolve system issues, optimize workflows, create standard work procedures, provide trend analysis, and advise stakeholders
•Provide training, documentation, and support to internal users
•Handle multiple tasks, prioritize requests, identify, roll out enhancements, and coordinate with stakeholders to support strategic and operational goals
•Ensure data quality through cleansing, assist with regression testing, and generate accurate reports
•Understand field service operations and how Salesforce supports scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
•A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly advantageous
•Strong project management, data management, training & support abilities
•Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Solid business acumen, problem-solving capabilities, effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
•Experience with Continuous Improvement Processes is a plus
