The Procurement Coordinator & Warehouseman role is critical to STAT Group’s ability to provide organizational and operational support across multiple divisions. This hybrid position manages procurement responsibilities, vendor coordination, and inventory control while also assisting with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing administrative and hands-on tasks to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Source and purchase materials and supplies.
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.
- Track and document incoming orders and returns.
- Maintain vendor relationships and performance records.
- Recommend improvements to procurement systems and processes.
- Communicate procurement performance and cost data to management.
- Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner.
- Receive, stage, and distribute job materials.
- Maintain inventory of field supplies, saleable equipment, and surplus stock.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and disposition.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all STAT safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in receiving, storage, and distribution areas.
- Participate in weekly control room collaboration meetings.
- Comply with scorecard measurement system to track values.
- Report to work on time in uniform and required PPE.
- Follow and enforce all STAT policies and procedures.
- May approve invoices for payment.
- May expedite delivery of goods to end users.
- Assist in inside sales of equipment and supplies.
- Assist in asset management as directed.
- May operate company vehicles and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
- Procure materials expeditiously and cost-effectively.
- Deplete surplus stock efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accountable distribution of materials.
- Full-time position.
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm with 1-hour lunch.
- Occasional weekends and holidays as required to meet deadlines.
- Works in office and field environments depending on assigned job tasks.
- May be required to perform work at alternate locations.

- Basic knowledge of field service, assembly, and fabrication processes.

- This position is classified as medium duty work – exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
- Physical demand requirements exceed those for light duty work. Medium duty involves walking or standing to a significant degree, or sitting but with pushing, pulling, or lifting objects of moderate weight.
All STAT Group positions may be required to undergo testing for knowledge of equipment, terminology, and responsibilities. Positions may also be given the STAT Group’s personality profile assessment. Positions may be evaluated weekly for a minimum of three (3) months during the probationary period, which may extend up to six (6) months if performance standards (attendance, quality, job knowledge, behavior) are not met. Failure to meet standards after the probationary period will result in termination.
