NVI, LLC, a Louisiana-based nondestructive testing service provider, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Pipeline Integrity Technical Manager to support our Pipeline Integrity Division. While preference will be given to candidates located in Gray, LA; Mobile, AL; or Houston, TX, we are open to considering qualified applicants from remote locations as well.

The Pipeline Integrity Technical Manager will be responsible for the following actions/tasks:
- OQ Evaluations
- Creaform and AUT Training
- Assist in Pipeline Integrity demonstrations and meetings
- Review Pipeline Integrity Reports and ensure Pipeline Integrity Technicians comply with directives and procedures
- Develop new Pipeline Integrity procedures
- Assist in developing CUPS / A to B sleeve conversion techniques
- Perform PAUT/TOFD (ASME Work) when needed in order to develop workforce
- Assist with Eddy/Fi Spine Demonstrations
- Train employees on and develop techniques with Crawler Systems
- Train, Develop, and Assist NVI workforce (both tenured and green candidates) to be self-sufficient Pipeline Integrity Technicians representative of NVI’s quality standards. Required additional certification minimums shall vary depending on scope of work and will be determined annually during planning.
- Oversee and ensure that the technical scope of work and procedures are followed by Pipeline Integrity Division employee base. This position has full authority to ensure and facilitate compliance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the Nondestructive Testing industry
- Experience with leading, teaching and successfully coaching personnel
- Project estimating within the nondestructive testing industry
- Familiar with meeting ISO 9001 Quality Management programs and OSHAs General Industry Safety regulations
- 5 years of experience as a Level II Nondestructive Testing Technician
- Experience with advanced techniques, including Creaform and automated corrosion mapping systems.
