Island Operating Company is seeking an experienced Offshore Production Operator with a strong Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) background and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a self-motivated operator who can support safe, efficient offshore production while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily production operations on offshore facilities, maintaining safe and efficient operations.- Lead and execute all BSEE-required testing, including PSV testing, documentation, and reporting.- Troubleshoot and maintain I&E systems, including control panels, transmitters, PLCs, and safety instrumentation.- Conduct routine surveillance, equipment inspections, and preventative maintenance.- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with BSEE, BOEM, and Coast Guard regulations.- Support start-up, shutdown, and emergency response procedures.- Work collaboratively with field leadership, maintenance teams, and client representatives.

Qualifications:- Strong I&E background (troubleshooting, calibration, instrumentation maintenance).- Demonstrated experience with BSEE compliance, including PSV testing and regulatory documentation.- Knowledge of offshore production equipment: separators, compressors, generators, pumps, and process systems.- Proficiency with safety systems, including ESDs and PLC-based controls.- Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and communicate effectively.

Schedule:-Offshore rotational schedule (e.g., 14/14 or as assigned).

Pay: $33.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 84.0 per week
