DoC Mapping, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial administration and office operations of our growing organization. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient office processes, and strong coordination between operations, accounting, and leadership.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices in coordination with Operations
- Track project costs, expenses, and billing documentation
- Assist with payroll preparation and time tracking
- Reconcile credit cards, expense reports, and monthly statements
- Coordinate with external CPA/bookkeeper for monthly and year-end reporting
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Maintain organized financial, HR, and project records
- Manage company policies, procedures, and internal documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams
- Support project setup, contract documentation, and job closeout
- Track project awards, change orders, and billing milestones
- Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee company credit card usage and receipt compliance
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in office management, accounting administration, or financial operations
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, payroll support, and expense tracking
- Proficiency in accounting and office software (QuickBooks, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar)
- High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
